Creating your Manulife ID and Connecting your Group Insurance Plan
In order to access your online Group Benefits Portal which will allow you to:
Retrieve your Group Benefit Card
Submit Claims Online
View current Benefit Balances
Set up Direct Deposit so your claims can be paid as soon as 24 hours after submission
You will need to create a Manulife ID, which you can do so by clicking the following button:
Sign up for your Manulife ID and connect your Group Benefits Plan using the steps indicated after following the link. If you need guidance on how to do so see the following link for a step-by-step guide.
